Our experts hold vast knowledge and experience in the field of male infertility and have contributed to births of thousands of children in Israel and abroad.
MFC Global is led by a world class professional team. We possess over 60 years accumulated experience in human fertility and assisted reproductive technologies (ART), specializing in male infertility.
Our team of scientists and experts all have PhD or Master degrees in life sciences.
All products developed by MFC-Global are in routine use in our associated MFC laboratory, which provides IVF and cryopreservation services on an ongoing basis, to customers in Israel and abroad.

Pnina Berkovitz
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Ms. Berkovitz has almost 30 years of experience, in top management positions in global and national companies in the biomedical arena and IT and hi-tech industries (including NCR, HP-EDS, Bezeq International and Hitachi Data Systems).
Prior to MFC Global, she served as CEO of Novogate Ltd., an innovative Israeli cardiovascular medical device start-up.
Pnina holds an MA in Law and a BA in Computers and Biblical Studies.
Arie Berkovitz, MD
Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder
A worldwide key opinion leader (KOL) in male infertility. Dr. Berkovitz has over 25 years of fertility expertise, experience and research.
He is a senior Obstetric Gynecologist at the Meir Medical Center and a member of the Faculty and Senior Lecturer at Tel Aviv University’s Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Israel.
Dr. Berkovitz is the inventor of the IMSI method (intracytoplasmic morphologically selected sperm injection) for sperm selection using a high-magnification digital imaging microscope for microinjection into the egg.
He has published over 50 articles in the fertility area in leading journals including Human Reproduction Journal and Fertility Sterility. Dr. Berkovitz is also a world-renowned lecturer in the field of Male Infertility.
Pavel Itsykson, PhD
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Dr. Itsykson has over 20 years of experience in embryology in the IVF arena.
He is considered one of the top embryologists in Israel with extensive clinical experience.
In addition, Dr. Itsykson currently holds the position of IVF laboratory Director at the Assuta Medical Center in Rishon Le-zion, Israel.
Pavel received his PhD degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in the Department of Biology.
